About Working at Height
No matter the height you are working on, whether above or below ground level, where there is risk of personal injury your work must comply with the Working at Heights Regulations 2005.
The most common cause of injury in the construction sector is falling from a height, thus employers must take efforts to avoid the task where possible and provide working equipment to minimise falls and accidents.
Employers must also make certain that any employee operating at a height is competent and aware of the risks and dangers involved.
This training is aimed to educate and make each individual competent when working at heights, teaching them their responsibilities as well as the hazards that they may encounter.
